About

Hi, I'm Charlotte!
I'm a UX Researcher at PIB Group, a specialist risk and insurance advisory service, where I deliver research that drives informed, user-centred decisions across insurance products.

I hold a first-class honours degree in User Experience Design from The University of the Arts and have experience in conducting research and designing well-thought-out solutions across devices for companies such as Amazon, UEFA, and the University of Surrey
In all of my roles, I've worked with developers, project managers, data analysts and other designers. I have wide-ranging experience across media, education and insurance and am well-equipped to tackle complex design challenges and drive impactful results.
Before specialising in UX, I pursued graphic design, which allowed me to develop skills in typography, layout composition, colour theory and visual hierarchy. By applying these principles to my UX work, I've been able to create intuitive designs that not only capture attention but also improve usability, leading to higher satisfaction and overall experiences.
