Impact
I reorganised the navigation into clearly grouped sections with contextual headers and intro text, which improved scannability and created a structure that can scale as new content is added. I also conducted an in-depth accessibility audit of the portal, delivering prioritised recommendations to support WCAG and EAA compliance.
